Mole Screening

Moles can be related to skin cancer. Especially, if you have moles or skin cancer in the family’s medical history, you should be more careful.

Using sunscreen, limiting the time under the direct sun, examining your moles frequently may decrease the melanoma (a severe type of skin cancer) risk or help for early diagnosis and treatment.

Skin Cancer

If you have moles, you should examine your body once a month. Usually moles are benign (non-cancerous). Moles concerning cancer have different appearance compared to other moles and appear after the age of 20.
